Whether big or small, commercially focussed or not-for-profit, all organisations ask questions of themselves as to where they are headed and whether or not they are set up in the best way to achieve their goals and ambitions. Stephen brings to bear his experiences from business, mediation and non-executive work in delivering consulting across a range of areas. The red line through this work starts from understanding how strategy is developed; how decisions can be formed, put into action and communicated in an engaging way throughout organisations.
